17. INT. LEBENSHILFE-CUP

Since 2002 the International Lebenshilfe-Cup for people with handicaps is a permanent part of the tournament program. Originally organized in the course of „25 Years Turnier-Team“ and „40 Years Lebenshilfe Lübbecke“ the Lebenshilfe-Cup has meanwhile become an integral part of the tournament. „Mittendrin statt nur dabei“ (“You become the center of all things”) does not only describe the thought of inclusion, but also an attitude shared by all helpers around this project that grows year over year. The internationality of this project enables an inclusive together even more because inclusion takes place on many levels. On the one hand the project focuses the collaboration between people with and without handicaps and on the other hand connects people with various origins.
